I am always leery of Asian food markets as they do not always turn over their inventory quickly and you are left with dusty cans and bottles and vegetables that have seen better days.  But not so with Super H Mart.  The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and are constantly being restocked.  The prepared foods sections have very authentic Korean dishes (with ready samples for the willing).  The meats can get pricey but I have never been disappointed with their quality.
